We offer the option to pause your account for 1 or 3 months. While your account is paused, we will not send you another box or charge you for the monthly membership fee.
Normal membership services will resume once your pause resumes. If you wish to resume your pause earlier than scheduled, simply login to your account and click the RESUME button on the home page.
If you are not ready to come back just yet, no worries, you can RE-REQUEST a pause by simply:
- Login into your Rocksbox account
- Resuming the pause on the homepage
- Then going to Menu >> My Account >> Manage My Membership
- You'll be able to re-request a 1 or 3 pause
