Calling us at 1-877-478-0450, and leaving a voicemail on the cancel line (option 4), we will get back to you within 48 hours via email (unless you request a phone call)

To finalize your cancellation please return your Rocksbox set before your next billing date to avoid additional membership fees.

Please note that by canceling, you are waiving your current membership status and the current rate of your monthly membership fee. If you activate your Rocksbox membership at a later date, your monthly membership fee may no longer remain the same.
