What if I accidentally damage or break a piece of jewelry?

Don't worry - it happens! Your membership fee covers normal wear for all products. If there is slight damage or wear (e.g. lost earring back, a stone falls out, etc.) this is fully covered!

Please note that excessive damage is not covered, and any damage will be evaluated when the item is returned to our warehouse.
