What should I do if one of my pieces arrived damaged or broken?

While we inspect each piece of jewelry before it leaves our warehouse, we can't always ensure that travel will treat your pieces kindly. If you receive a damaged piece, please text us at (877)478-0450 immediately, and whenever you're ready to refresh your set return all your Rocksbox pieces together, as you normally would.
