What should I do if a piece I purchased breaks/becomes damaged?

We will replace or refund a piece purchased from your Rocksbox set for up to 180 days after the day you make the purchase. 

If you choose to have the item replaced, we will contact you when one becomes available in inventory. If the item is not immediately available, we will reserve it for you. We can't guarantee the time frame in which one will be made available, but we will email you as soon as one becomes available. 

Text our Customer Service team at (877)478-0450 to request a replacement or refund.
