What do I do if a piece in my current set is damaged/lost?

We are very sorry that happened! Don't worry, you won't be charged for the damaged/lost item, but please reach out to our Customer Service team right away and let them know what piece is damaged! They will ask you to return the damaged item along with the other items in your set that you don't wish to buy.
