Birthday Credit	Granted 1st of calendar month and expires at end of calendar month
1-Year Anniversary Credit	Granted 1st of calendar month and expires at end of calendar month
6-Month Anniversary Credit	Granted 1st of calendar month and expires at end of calendar month
Wishlist Credit	60 days from granted date
Thank You Credit	30 days from granted date
Customer Delight Credit	180 days from granted date
Shopping Credit	60 days from granted date
Welcome Back Credit	30 days from granted date
Signup Credit	60 days from granted date
Reinstated Credits	180 days from granted date
