Because of this, you may experience a shipping delay of up to a week. You will be added to a waitlist, and your account will not be charged until we are able to send out your first set.


When your first set is ready, you receive an email notifying you that you may preview your set, and swap out the pieces in your set if you'd like. This preview period lasts for 24 hours. Once your set ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. The shipment is sent via USPS First Class Mail; please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
